Repair Process

Deciding who should repair your vehicle requires some planning. Here are a few things to consider:

You will receive a detailed, written estimate. It will be approved by your insurance company. If there is no insurance company involved, you will have a chance to have all of your questions answered before you authorize the repairs.

We will arrange a rental vehicle for you, should you select this option.

We will give you an accurate, predictable timetable for completing the repair. If there are uncertainties regarding the availability of special parts, you will know what to expect in advance.

We will keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle during the repair process.

We use state-of-the-art measuring and structural straightening systems – with computerized printouts – to ensure that key dimensions of the vehicle are restored, to ensure trouble-free drivability, minimize tire wear, and smooth operation.

We prefer to, and whenever possible, use original factory replacement parts (OEM), to ensure that the fit-and-finish matches the factory original. The fit of doors, panels and other parts is carefully monitored with our quality control system.

High quality DuPont paints, with computerized color matching, will ensure a beautiful and durable finish that matches the original factory appearance of your vehicle. We use DuPont's new generation (Spies Hecker), of water-born finishes, which minimizes air pollution while providing beauty and longevity of the finish.

Delivery

Your vehicle is washed, vacuumed, quality checked, and is prepared for delivery.

We provide a written warranty on the quality and durability of repairs.
